Q. COVID-19 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
A. With the unprecedented challenge of COVID-19, we are not accepting any returns/exchanges at this time. While the fluid nature of this situation may impact the customer experience, we are proactively planning for every contingency to minimize any disruption to our customers. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please ensure that your shipping address, size/item purchased, & contact information is correct before checking out. We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been processed for shipping. Q. How and when will I receive my tracking number?
A. Tracking information is emailed to the exact email address entered on the order form on the day of shipment. You will not receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Processing takes 3-5 business days not including holidays. Shipping takes 3-5 business days not including holidays. *During sales and promotions, please allow up to 10-14 business days due to the high volume of orders.
Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
A. All sales are final unless your product was received damaged. If you have received a damage or incorrect item, please email us at info@waistedbyHarriet.
Q. My package shows delivered, but I did not receive my package. Can I have a refund?
A. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact USPS to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them as all packages are insured. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information.
Q. I entered my address incorrectly, may I receive a refund?
A. Unfortunately, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. When placing an order, please ensure that your address is correct. This includes your name, street name, apartment number, or suite number. *If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay a reshipping fee.
Q. What method is used for shipping?
A. All orders are shipped via Canada post.
Q. I made a purchase and forgot to insert my coupon/discount code, can it be applied now?
A. We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot alter an order once it has been submitted due to all sales being final. Please ensure that you double check that your order is correct before completing the checkout process.
Q. I made a purchase before the sale, can the sale's price be applied to my order?
A. Unfortunately, purchases made prior to any sale will not be adjusted for the sale's price.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Not currently. We are working on it.
Q. As an international customer, do I have to pay custom fees and/or taxes?
A. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by WaistedbyHarriet.
A. In addition, once the package has exited the United States, we are not responsible for any conflicts such as: customs fees, natural occurrences, or transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country. *Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
